Terms
Last updated
These terms cover using trygaudi.com, joining the waitlist and, if you make one, your founding reservation. Please read them before you pay.
Who we are
Gaudi is run by Gaudi Design & Architecture Planner (“we”).
You can reach us at privacy@trygaudi.com.
Gaudi isn’t launched yet
This site gathers interest in Gaudi before it launches. The rooms, products, prices and budgets shown are illustrative examples to show the idea, not offers. We don’t sell the products shown; anything you buy from a shop is between you and that shop.
Joining the waitlist is free. It only asks us to email you when Gaudi is ready to try, and you can leave it at any time.
The founding reservation
The founding reservation is a one-off payment of €9 (225 Kč in Czechia), including VAT, that reserves a personalised guide for one room at the founding price. There is no subscription and nothing is charged later.
The guide is made for your room and budget: what to do first, real products that fit your budget, a to-scale plan of where everything goes and a colour story for paint and textiles. Founding members get their guide first.
There are 50 founding spots per currency. Once they are taken, the offer closes.
We will email you your guide when Gaudi opens. If we haven’t delivered it within 6 months of your payment, we refund you in full without you having to ask.
Payment
Payment is taken on Stripe’s checkout. Stripe sells the reservation to you as reseller and merchant of record, issues your receipt and invoice and handles VAT; Stripe’s own terms, linked at checkout, apply to the payment itself. We make and deliver the guide.
Refunds
You can cancel for a full refund at any time before we deliver your guide, and for 14 days after we deliver it, with no reason needed. This goes beyond your legal 14-day right of withdrawal.
To cancel, reply to your Stripe receipt or email privacy@trygaudi.com. We refund to the card or account you paid with within 14 days.
Using the site
Please use the site for its purpose: planning your own home. Don’t try to break it, overload it or copy its content in bulk. The articles, images and design are ours; you are welcome to share links to them.
Our suggestions are ideas, not professional advice. Check measurements before you buy, and have electrical, plumbing and structural work done by qualified tradespeople. Shops change their prices and stock, so check them before you order.
Liability
We are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn’t allow us to limit, or your rights as a consumer.
Changes
We may update these terms as Gaudi develops, and will change the date at the top when we do. The terms in force when you paid apply to your founding reservation.
Law and complaints
These terms are governed by Czech law. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you can bring a claim in its courts.
If something goes wrong, please email privacy@trygaudi.com first and we will try to put it right.
Consumers can also use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz), or the consumer body in their own country.
Privacy
How we handle your data is in our privacy notice.
