Waitlist privacy
Joining the waitlist asks Gaudi to email you when the product is ready to try. It does not create an account or subscribe you to newsletters or promotions.
We store your email address, signup time and the consent you gave. To understand where interest comes from, we also store: campaign labels from the link you followed, the website that sent you (its name only), the country your connection comes from (not your IP address), your browser language, the language you read this site in, the country and budget you looked at on this page, and your answers to the short questions before and after signing up. Answers given before the email field are saved as you tap, with a random visit code and no email address, and linked to your signup if you join.
If you reserve the founding offer, payment is handled by Stripe. We pass Stripe your email address and a random code that links the payment to your signup, and we note that you opened the offer. Stripe does not share your card details with us.
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or track you across other websites. If you switch the language, we remember it in a single cookie (gaudi_lang) that holds nothing else. The page does not use advertising cookies.
The waitlist is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database. We do not sell your email address or publish the waitlist. Brief, hashed network identifiers are held in server memory to limit repeated submissions.
We keep your signup until we have sent your launch notification or you ask us to remove it. Any launch email will include a way to opt out of further contact.
To withdraw your consent, or to request a copy or deletion of your signup, reply to any email we send you.
